Found during automated testing.
Using the PPA: ppa:canonical-
and the test package: kernel-
Here's what happens when trying to install to a fresh focal VM:

Looks like we added the missing generic-64k to the meta side but did not notice that we also have to modify the signed package to add the arm64 flavour there. Working on a fixed-up signed package.
