Bug Description

I have a Toshiba L40-157
Kernel-2.6.24-12-386
Kubuntu Hardy Heron 8.04 Alpha 6
DISTRIB_ID=Ubuntu
DISTRIB_RELEASE=8.04
DISTRIB_CODENAME=hardy
DISTRIB_DESCRIPTION="Ubuntu hardy (development branch)"

I download the drivers from http://www.datanorth.net/~cuervo/rtl8187b/ to install the wireless card. The installation doesn't give me any problem. The problem appears when I use knetworkmanager to connect. The system stops working and I can't use keyboard, mouse....
Thanks in advance!
