If somebody could produce a detailed test case of how to cause this crash it would be quite helpful. Alternatively, a url to go to would help also.

I remember seeing dupes coming in reported against ffox 3 .... not
that many as before, but still active as it seems. Upstream bug is
also open still afaik.
