My common sense suggests that it actually crashes on logout, and message is delayed by apport

I had apport reporting this just after logging back in after gdm unexpectedly shut down.

Seems like this gur arised, when I there was already xfce4-panel started and then I logged in.

It crashed when I did
gnome-panel --replace
after some other problems and after that gnome-panel said me it can't be charged.
