[needs-packaging] GLw libraries from Mesa

Bug Description

In the Ubuntu version of the Mesa OpenGL library package, the GLw libraries are not built because they depend on lesstif2. I suppose the packages were removed to avoid pulling lesstif2 into main.

However, the GLw libraries are needed for several 3D graphics programs that use motif for the gui and OpenGL to render the 3D graphics.

The two library packages libglw1-mesa and libglw1-mesa-dev are needed to build these programs in Ubuntu. This might be true for future packages in Ubuntu, but also to enable users to compile and link their own programs.
