Zattoo TV player sound doesn't work

Bug Description
Zattoo player can install from: http://
Zattoo use alsa but her sound don't work the major part of time.
This program use openGL and flashplayer (adobe!) to stream TV programs. In Firefox sound's flashplayer seems works properly.
With the error log from Zattoo we can read: ~/.Zattoo/Data/logs
ALSA lib pcm_dmix.
I think the sound server is... in use (why????!!!!). I think the problem is from the new pulse-audio... grrr...
PS: the name's package is 'zattoo'.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and trying to help make Ubuntu better. However, it seems that you are not using a software package provided by the official Ubuntu repositories. Because of this the Ubuntu project can not support or fix your particular bug. Please report this bug to the provider of the software package. Thanks!
