Bug Description

Binary package hint: papercut

I'm not sure what 'papercut' is. I was trying to download packages from Synaptic and the system would not move on from "setting up ocsinventory-agent". After 8 hours I decided to clear the computer using ctrl-alt-backspace and then restart. The problems have occurred since I upgraded to Ubuntu 8.04.

I'm running papercut in 13.04, if you are still affected, please feel free to reopen a new bug. Thank you!

I am still affected - I get this error every time I reboot. I am using Ubuntu 12.04. There are many duplicates of this bug - why not change it from invalid rather than reopen a new bug?

So what's the process now? Who assigns this bug? (I only seem to be able to assign it to myself?)
