Bug Description

I have Ubuntu 8.04 64bit. When I try to access the newspaper reader at newsstand.com the ibrowser won't load. Tech support at newsstand.com was able to load the ibrowser just fine with Ubuntu 8.04 32bit version. How can I get my 64 bit Ubuntu to work?

The browser I use is Mozilla Firefox version 3. I brought up the error console in Firefox and when the Flash program tried to bring up ibrowser this message appeared in the error console window: Error: Permission denied to call method Location.toString
Thanks for any help, Bill

I just upgraded to 8.10. The beginning screen for newsstand.com looks correct now. Before, the main image was set off to the right by almost a half page. The ibrowse still won't let me see the newspaper I had selected. I suspect the problem is now the Adobe Flash ver. 10 player. Any ideas on what to try now? I can't even get to the Flash settings window.
Thanks for any help. it seems we are getting closer, Bill
