Just to let you know this patch has already been pulled into the upcoming Intrepid Ibex 8.10 kernel. I'll reassign to the kernel team to consider for an SRU for Hardy. Thanks.

I think it's a critical bug, especially for Laptops using usb mouse. and 8.04 is a LTS version.
Shall we backport it and put ohci-hcd.ko into linux-backpots-modules?
