Pgdn/media keys not working, Intrepid Alpha 4, Dell XPS m140

I've fresh-installed Intrepid Alpha 4 on my Dell XPS m140 laptop. I've set up the keyboard layout to "USA Dvorak", using the default "Evdev-managed Keyboard". The Page Up key works just fine, but the Page Down key is not functioning. The media keys (Mute, Volume Up/Down, Play, Stop, Skip Forward/Back) no longer work either (they did in Feisty/Gutsy/Hardy). I've attached the output of `setxkbmap -print` to this report.
