review of mobile-broadband-provider-info:

1. This needs to be packaged in a non-native fashion (with orig.tar.gz). If you want to package it natively (without orig) you need to remove the revision from the package version (e.g. just 200080801.1)
2. when you use ubuntuX in the package version you need to use an ubuntu maintainer address. Look at other packages maintained in universe to see how this is done

the same issues for libmbca. on top of that please also use an explicit shlibs version
