Bug Description
The productseries source import page (series/+source) should not present a input for the CVS branch, since only imports from MAIN are supported.
Similarly, the series page and portlets should not display the CVS branch information.
CVS repository and module details must still be editable and displayed.

Since bug 3983 (non-MAIN cvs imports are broken) is now WONTFIX, the form should be modified not to allow specifying the CVS branch at all.
