Bug Description

With the 2.6.27 kernel I'm able to make the 1420N enter sleep via the Suspend entry from the Battery applet menu, and can make it resume with the power button, and it seems to come back, however wireless networking is lost.

Prior to yesterday, other bugs were preventing resume from working so I don't know whether this bug existed with 2.6.26. (I can try booting that if you think it might help.)

I attempted to unload and reload iwl3945, mac80211, and cfg80211, and then restart the network via /etc/init.d/networking, but ifconfig didn't list eth0 or eth1. It just listed lo and vnet0.

This computer is a Dell Inspiron 1420N (one of the models that Dell sold with Ubuntu pre-installed).

[I am also seeing bug 269951 but think it's unrelated.]

Eh, wouldn't you know it, I can't reproduce it now. I'll reopen if I see the problem again.
