Bug Description
If I look at:
https:/
I can see that fileroller (one word) is upstream, and file-roller (hyphenated) is local.
However, if I look at the activity log:
https:/
I can't see which change is upstream and which is local. It's only the fact that one has a hyphen and one doesn't that lets me work out which change is which.
Wouldn't it be better if (upstream) and (Ubuntu) were written after the package name in the activity log?

Launchpad doesn't say "Project (upstream)" any more, just "Project" for projects that are not part of a distribution. It does still say "Project (Distribution)" when they are.
