Bug Description
vncserver depends on xserver-common and is not installable in Dapper.
The problem is fixed by replacing xserver-common with x11-common in vncserver's Depends.

I've done what you said (install x11-common package and change vncserver's depends), and vncserver seems to be installed fine, but in KDE I received an error message from KDEInit and nothing will be launch until logout-logon
