ntpdate fails since ifupdown (0.6.7ubuntu5)

Bug Description

The ntpdate scripts fails with:

Jan 25 16:39:58 localhost ntpdate[8469]: no servers can be used, exiting

since the last ifupdown update. Obviously because we're not waiting for dhcp to complete as is mentioned in the changelog.

As there seems to not exist an obvious way for me to mark bugs as resolved I'd only like to point that this one is solved as of 0.6.7ubuntu6.
