Bug Description

After upgrading to cupsys 1.1.99.b1.r4929-0ubuntu2 my root partition filled up because of a 1GB /var/log/cups/access.log. It mostly contained lines like this generated every second or so, probably because of GNOME polling the status of the printer?

localhost - - [31/Jan/2006:19:40:06 +1100] "POST / HTTP/1.1" 200 72 CUPS-Get-Printers successful-ok
localhost - - [31/Jan/2006:19:40:06 +1100] "POST / HTTP/1.1" 200 382 Get-Printer-Attributes successful-ok-ignored-or-substituted-attributes

I don't think I changed anything to turn this log on.
