Bug Description
There are already some tests for the bug notifications being generated
while using the email interface to interact with Malone. It's hard to
get an overview of how much that is tested, though, so those tests
should be extracted from emailinterface.txt into a separate doctest,
and more tests should be added ensuring that everything is properly
tested.
