Bug Description

There is no point in the "Default sound card" option unless the computer actually has more than one sound card, this will have the advantage of shrinking the dialogue for most users.

The soundcard selector is an Ubuntu patch. Marking as a wishlist rather, moving the selector on the first tab (which is new with edgy) of that dialog would probably fix the space issue. It could be unsensitived too if there is no other choide, changing the dialog widgets according to the configuration might be confusing. Should be easy to change, marking as an 'ubuntulove' task
