Binary package hint: python-central

When aptitude upgrade today
aptitude said he uninstall python3.* beacause not needed anymore

Removing python3-minimal ...
Removing python3.0 ...
Removing python3.0-minimal ...
Unlinking and removing bytecode for runtime python3.0

There is actually more than 1,5 GO of free space on the drive, so why "IOError: [Errno 28] No space left on device" ??

That's quite old; report with newer active version if needed
