galrey creates <img> tags with empty height and width attributes in index files

Bug Description
Binary package hint: galrey
Due to a typo (or rather a copy & paste error), the index files generated by galrey contain <img> links with height="" and width="" for the thumbnails. The attached patch fixes this.

Forgot to mention that this causes no images to be displayed when viewing an index page with Internet Explorer (at least IE7).
