Bug Description

launchpad-database-dependancies should now depend on postgresql-8.1, postgresql-contrib-8.1, postgresql-client-8.1 and postgresql-plpython-8.1.

The dependancies on postgresql-8.0 and friends can be dropped.

Please file new bugs, don't reopen fixed bugs just to change them into
something different.
