Distro: Ubuntu 8.10 (Intrepid) Kernel Linux 2.6.27-14-generic

Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4312 802.11b/g (rev 01)
Driver: wl
The network manager must display the wireless signal strength and the SSID of the wireless network, but it doesn't display the signal strength and the displayed SSID is "none".
