Bug Description

Binary package hint: epiphany-webkit

This is a new bug report for the one I first sent that's been closed : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/epiphany-browser/+bug/349417

When trying to log in my personal page on netvibes.com, Epiphany crashes with a segmentation fault. The default page displays fine.
It happens as follow :
- I go to netvibes.com
- I click on "sign in", a popup window (in website, not a system window) appears to enter my login
- after I enter login & password and click on "sign in", the browser crashes

Unlike what I first thought, the problem doesn't happen with Epiphany/Gecko, only with Epiphany/Webkit (I mistook "epiphany-browser" with "epiphany-gecko" while the latter wasn't installed). Gecko version logs in Netvibes fine.

Netvibes works fine with Firefox 3.0.7 (worked fine with previous versions too) and Opera 9.64.

Also, I'm not sure it is related but with Epiphany/Webkit, the default Netvibes pages is displayed in english while Epiphany/Gecko displays it in french (as I would expect, as my system is set to french language). Firefox and Opera also correctly display the page in french.

Using Epiphany 2.24.1 / Ubuntu 8.10 "Intrepid Ibex".
