Bug Description

Binary package hint: espeak

When Orca runs in Ubuntu Jaunty Beta 1, espeak is very garbled, it sounds like static.

No, this is not the same - he gets clear speech then after reboot he
experiences trouble. This is immediately and always. This is a more
severe bug.
