Still having this problem in Dapper Flight 5 with most recent updates. If I am in administrator mode or not the error provided in the screenshot still appears.

I can also confirm this problem on my kubuntu dapper amd64 system with latest updates. After clicking OK, the "Windows Shares" tab works, but the other two tabs have that error in them.

I can confirm this exact behavior. The error window appears twice, then the other two tabs won't load.
Installed fresh from Dapper Flight 5, last updated today (03-24-2006).

I have uploaded new versions of kdelibs and kdebase that fix this bug, i.e. the popup has been deactivated and the message is more explicit on why this is so and what as to be done to get the modules work in Dapper.

Please upgrade and test.
