Bug Description

We need to know when a bug was last updated (perhaps this means a comment added, or a status changed, or the title/description/etc. changed.)

This will allow us to produce more useful reports by showing bugs that have more recently changed higher up in the listing.

I think this should also include a search option in Advanced Search for searching for bugs that are, for example "Newer than... 1 month old", or "Older than... 1 year old"
