Bug Description

In ami-5d59be34 and related:

- There is a comment in /etc/init.d/ec2-init "Setting hostname to EC2 public_hostname" but the command is really setting the hostname to the internal or local hostname.

- In the same script, the comment "Determining EC2 availability zone" might be changed to match the fact that it's setting /etc/apt/sources.list

- The comment at the top of /usr/sbin/ec2-set-hostname says "Fetch login credentials for EC2" but that's not what the script is doing.
