Emblems tell a different story than notification icon

Bug Description
As you can see in the attached screenshots, I've got a mp3 album in my Ubuntu One 'My Files' direcotry. When looking at the root of this folder in Nautilus, there is a emblem on the folder containing the mp3's indicating that it's downloading. When I open the folder with the mp3s, I see that the last mp3 in the list has an icon indicating it's uploading. Not show in the screen shots is the notification icon, which was perfectly still.
This is confusing. I'd like to know what was actually going on, and why the msg from the different gui bits wasn't consistent.

If you hit this again, could you execute: u1sdtool --current-transfers
this should show the list of current up/downloads
