Bug Description

Hello,

I made some keybindings set that won't conflict with other software, basicly I use the default screen keybindings, then I only add those keybindings:
bind @ screen -t help 0 byobu-config # C-a @ | Configuration
bind R process r # C-a R | Reload profile

I think you got me wrong, I meant that those ctrl-a keybindings should replace the F* keybindings, a probable solution is adding a new keybindings theme (I would call it screeny ;) ). And put those ctrl-a keybindings there.

Note that you did not remove the respective F* keybindings for "Configuration" and "Reload profile".

Oh, sorry. Yeah, I don't won't to "remove" F5. I can offer those in
addition as a different set.

I'll reopen this bug until I figure out the best way to solve this.

Okay, I just released a version that I think will work for you.

At any time when running byobu, you should be able to toggle the f-keys on and off with ctrl-a-!

Eitherway, I have defined ctrl-a-<something> for each of the byobu functions which aren't already covered by screen. See the documentation inline in /usr/share/byobu/keybindings/screen-escape-keys.

We'll get it documented better in the manpage soon.
