FTBFS: using deprecated GNOME_PARAM_POPT_TABLE

Hi! =)

I was supposed to fix balsa so that it now uses `dh_iconcache` per https://wiki.ubuntu.com/DhIconCacheChanges, but when I was trying to build it in pbuilder-dapper, it failed to build, saying the GNOME_PARAM_POPT_TABLE was undeclared. Sad.

I Googled a bit, and it seems that this is also the case in Debian, just recently: http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=360379 . After looking at http://developer.gnome.org/doc/API/2.0/libgnome/libgnome-gnome-program.html I am now in the process of touching src/main.c to fix this bug. I would appreciate a lot of help though, as I'm no seasoned C/Gnome/GTK programmer to verify if my patch would be correct ;)

Here is a patch that changes balsa's options parsing from popt to GOption ; hence, GNOME_PARAM_POPT_TABLE is no longer needed.

Updated the patch, now based from CVS commits of src/main.c (1.196) and src/ab-main.c (1.20) . Uploaded to archive.
