Bug Description
Ubuntu is missing a decent backup program that will copy data to multiple cd/dvds discs and span them.
i have however found a program at source forge to fit the bill and would like to see it added to the repos as there is numerous people looking for somehting like this all the time at ubuntu forums

DiscSpan allows you to backup a directory of files to multiple DVDs on the Linux platform. If you had 20GB of photos, it would prompt you for 5 DVDs. It performs the backup at the file-level, meaning that a complete copy of each file is stored on a disc.
