Timezones on the installer should be sorted in an alphabetical order to make
finding a city easier.

If you try the gtk frontend in alpha 4, you'll see that timezones are translated and sorted. The KDE side didn't make it for alpha 4 but got committed right afterward. It's in bzr now.
