Segfault on startup with X1800XL

Bug Description

Installed the new version which apparently has X1800XL support, updated xorg.conf to use fglrx, rebooted, box hung. Having rebooted into single user and fixed my xorg.conf to use vesa again, I checked the xorg.log which revealed that fglrx had segfaulted.

Closing the bug since it's very old without any activity in a long time. Please open a new bug against fglrx-installer if you have problems in 8.04 or later.
