More Kontact defaults could be a lot friendlier

Hi,
Please could you make the following changes to Kontact which would really improve the friendliness and look of Kontact.
On the Main toolbar in Kontact and composer(within Kontact) please set the default to "Text position" => "Text under icons".
REASON: Although I myself don't like it and would change it to icons only, most of the users(at my company&in general) would much prefer it because is far more friendly and easy to use. Looks better as well.

the problem is that depending the laguage, the main toolbar gets very large.
With french for example, it doesn't fit on the screen with 1280*1024 resolution.
By the way, you get the icon's function while putting focus on it, and even new users are used to that way to work (same on about all OSes)
