acpi -V reports "not charging" while on AC, but it charges

Can you please attach /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/state and /proc/acpi/battery/BAT1/info ? (Replace BAT1 if needed)

Can't this problem be the same as the one in this bug : https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux-source-2.6.22/+bug/116185 ?

Does the same problem occur on intrepid-beta?
