Bug Description
Binary package hint: subversion
After updating the Subversion package today I can no longer connect to an HTTPS Subversion server.
$ svn commit

svn: Unrecognized URL scheme for 'https:/
$ svn --version
svn, version 1.3.0 (r17949)

$ dpkg -s subversion
