Bug Description
1. Navigate to https:/
2. Choose 'ubuntu' as a distro, and 'gnome-

5. Notice how the note is duplicated twice, an example is at:

After discussion with Brad , it appears that the new binary hint code duplicates the inital report and then adds the hint, instead of adding it to the initial note in the first place.
