Bug Description

Very easy to reproduce:

change localisation to swedish, restart x, katapult kills itself directly after launch
change localisation to english, restart x, katapult and alt-space works.
change localisation to swedish, restart x, katapult kills itself directly after launch

Repeat ad nauseum. Seen on two systems, one running a fresh kde-installation (dapper), and one running xubuntu (dapper).

Removes translations of "Name" in Plugins .desktop-files. Katapult uses them to identify.

@Mez: Why are they in the release?
