For non-French-speaking people: here is an (approximative) translation of the error message: "Impossible to start the radio player pipeline."

This bug has been confirmed by ~10 persons on ubuntu-fr forums (I confirm it too). Here is one thread: http://forum.ubuntu-fr.org/viewtopic.php?pid=3073040

For example: http://cache.yacast.fr/V4/player_europe2/europe2.asx , and
mms://stream.tv-radio.com/classics-128k
don't work for one Karmic user called "girafe" in the thread.
He has gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg , gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly , gstreamer0.10-plugins-bad-multiverse packages installed.
On the other hand, he says mp3 ou m3u radios are ok.

I have this same issue on 2 machines Intel 32 and AMD 64 bits running ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala

Thank you for your bug report. The issue is an upstream one and it would be nice if somebody having it could send the bug the to the people writting the software (https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Bugs/Upstream/GNOME)
