[Do for Edgy] The selection Named Colors under Widget Color gives out an error

Bug Description
Binary package hint: kubuntu-desktop
When I tried to change color under the System Settings-
Unable to read X11 RGB Color Strings. The folllowing file location(s) were examined:
/usr/X11R6/
/usr/X11R6/
/usr/openwin/
This error is already there prior to hard disk installation. After the installation it's still there whether in graphical root or user account.
