Hi! Thanks for your bug report. This would seem to be a bug in the ttf-mscorefonts-installer package, rather than in software-center. Given the age of this bug, I'll close it, as it is probably solved. If however you can still reproduce this issue, then please run 'sudo apt-get install ttf-mscorefonts-installer' and report a bug against ttf-mscorefonts-installer containing the error message displayed when running the command. Thanks for your help!
