Bug Description
Firstly, all worksheet and exercise info to be stored in the database ONLY
(no file system). This is covered by issue 49 .
Both worksheet and exercise data will be stored as a large text blob (XML),
in the same format as they are presently (although they currently have
relative path names, will be replaced by something more databasey).
We will also index things so you can search worksheets, view exercise
names, etc.
The admin UI will (at first) merely provide a way to edit these XML files
in a web interface (as well as download/upload them), so that tutors do not
need any permissions on our file system.
