cant set animated background

I think this is a netbook-launcher bug as that draws the background
on UNR.

I have 9.10 UNR running on an Acer Aspire One AO110. And have exactly the same issue. When selecting the space set, the previous background I had selected, remains selected, but is squashed vertically so it only occupies the middle 3rd of the screen. Will post screen shot tonight to illustrate problem. I can be on freenode for testing and hacking if required.

I am experiencing the bug exactly as described by B1ackcr0w on an Eeepc 1000HE, with UNR 9.10 latest updates. However, I find that by selecting "Fill Screen," I avoid the vertical squashing of the previous wallpaper when selecting the space one.

Sux because the space one is the coolest looking stock wallpaper :-( I'm getting by with the grass one in the meantime...

I am also having this issue. Running 9.10 NBR on a Fujitsu lifebook. I have found that if I go into the cosmos folder using the "add" button in the set background dialog, I can add the individual images to the background image listings, just not as a slide-show. I have 9.10 non-netbook on an asus laptop that the slide-show background works fine. I tested adding the launcher and the background disappeared. :) I assume this helps to confirm it as a launcher issue.

 I hope this can get resolved because I love having the background change, I'd add my own images to the slide-show too (hint hint) :D thanks.
