[needs-packaging] continue shipping of eclipse-pydev

The eclipse-pydev package was outdated and did not work with the eclipse version in karmic. Instead of keeping a non-working version, we removed it from the archive.

If we have a current working version of eclipse-pydev packaged, we will bring this package back. Help is highly welcome.

It has been updated and is working again. Please continue shipping this package.

Suggested packages are:
- pylint
- pychecker
- pyflakes
- pep8
