[needs-packaging] IntelliJ IDEA

IntelliJ IDEA is an integrated development environment for Java from JetBrains. It provides code refactoring, inspection, fast navigation, and a Swing UI designer. In addition IntelliJ IDEA integrates with JUnit, TestNG, Ant, and Maven as well as CVS, Subversion and git for version control.

The dependency listing there should give some hints which additional libraries need to be packaged, but most libraries are already in the repository.
