`bzr qlog .` shows the log for entire branch, not for current subdirectory

Bug Description
I found this behavior unintuitive. E.g. in the qbzr sources:
bzr qlog po --> shows me log for po subdir;
but
cd po
bzr qlog . --> shows me log for entire branch.
