Bug Description

Binary package hint: lastfm

Hello,
' lastfm ' has a problem rendering some of the fonts in the hyperlinks that it displays in the main window. It happens on every other song. For privacy reasons, I decided not to use ubuntu-bug, however, I will upload additional information on request.

Ubuntu daily build 18-Mar-2010 i386 (Lucid Beta 1)
lastfm 1:1.5.4.26862+dfsg-1ubuntu2

Thanks

Seems the text size is too large for the labels to be rendered correctly.
See attached screenshot.
Should read
Twilight Symphony
Stratovarius
Fourth Dimension

The trailing s of Stratovarius is cut off, the second words in song and album title are missing altogether.
In 9.10 everything was fine.

The class responsible for those labels in lastfm is called DragLabel.
It uses QFontMetrics to determine the correct size which seems to fail leaving the label too small, so the words wrap.

Changing the font using system->appearance->fonts to something other like Trebuchet Sans MS seems to make the problem disppear.

DragLabel has problems with Qt 4.6. You might want to sync with the latest Debian package; it's been fixed there since -2. See qt46.diff in the patches directory.
