Bug Description
It seems Rosetta can't import freetalk. Most probably, because the source package has no .pot file that Rosetta can import.
Please, fix it for Dapper and Edgy.

Why do you want the PO file of freetalk? Freetalk is a console based application and it doesn't support i18n.
