[wiki bug] Link tabs float in Opera

Bug Description
All but the farthest to the right tabs when viewing the Ubuntu Wiki in Opera. Confirmed on other Opera installs on other computers. This only occurs when viewing the Wiki, not the Ubuntu website. It is a relitivly minor bug, but can cover up links to the user control pannel.
